First off, what is up with US companies shipping customer service overseas. Do they not realize the jobs they are taking away are people who buy their products. Second, I had to call three times to the LA Times, they are out of the Phillipines and I could barely understand them.
I cancelled by subscription to the Times, they are far from the only ones, this is more and more common. I understand they do it to save money, but how about a little loyalty to your country and the people who buy your products.:smoking:
